porto rosa We rented a lagoon 52f in Porto rosa , Sicily. This is our 12 rental of boats in different locations always bare boat . The manager of Porto rosa of the company dream yachts was from the very beginning arrogant and had a weak English. He mentioned that once the briefing would take place under any circumstance we should interrupt the person from dream charter that was going to provide the briefing. The briefing was super bad and lacked many details , specially for such a big boat. During our first night we lost all the potable water, when we called marcos to tell him about this he started saying that it’ was our fault. He sent a mechanic several hours later and the mechanic repaired the leak that had nothing to do with us. The briefing was so bad that after this event and the lack of clarity related to the electronic part of the boat we had to hire a skipper that knew the boat. In addition, due to a serious negligence of Marcos ad manager of dream yachts porto rosa the boat lacked basic staff such us mugs, bowls, toaster, regular size glasses and cooking tools. when we arrived to porto rosa at the conclusion of the trip we paid to sleep in the boat and Marcos left us without electricity for the air conditioning and was extremely hot. In summary from all the companies we have chartered this was the worst in terms of attention and customer service.
