Improved customer engagement and preparedness
Customers actually comment on the website now, which never used to happen, people mentioning during calls that they read through the whole site before reaching out or that something specific on a page answered a question they had. That wasn't really happening before TrustShield got involved, the old site barely got looked at past the homepage if it got looked at at all. It's a strange thing to measure properly but you can feel the difference in how prepared people are by the time they actually talk to us. Hard to put a number on that one but it might be the change that's mattered most.
