I strongly advise against this store
I do not recommend this store. I ordered an electric kettle, but it arrived in a box that had clearly been opened with a utility knife and then resealed with tape. Upon its very first use, the kettle leaked severely—losing a full liter of water in just 20 minutes. I sent an email explaining the issue, which began a long, drawn-out correspondence regarding a free return, all to no avail. I was told to stop using the kettle and simply wait while they processed the return. As a result, 16 days have passed, and I am still unable to use the product, return it, or get my money back.
