Dreadful Experience it is 9 days since my order was placed with a £50 deposit. I have been misled,ignored,berated , and disrespected, I have asked for POD of the part needed, I have repeatedly sequestered a refund both have been refused with frankly ridiculous reasons/excuses, I offered criticism, this i was told was Insulting !!!!! I worry that people less able will be frightened from complaining and lose their money. Under no circumstances have anything to do with this company
