Big promise- and no results
I placed my order on December 15th, but by the next day, they introduced a $149 shipping limit. Despite receiving a tracking number, my order never shipped, and I had to reach out after eight days to discover this. After 29 emails and endless excuses, they still deny any real fault. It's now January 5th, and while they’ve promised a refund by January 6th, this process has been exhausting. As a regular customer, I expected better service. This ordeal makes me wonder how many others went through similar issues in December.
