Trustworthy
I had an excellent experience with Idiomatic. I needed translations of 20 pages quickly, They gave me a great price and worked with me to ensure a quick turnaround time and to ensure that the documents would come out just how I needed them. Unfortunately, about half an hour after I submitted payment to Idiomatic, I was informed that I actually did NOT need the translations. I emailed Idiomatic back to let them know and asked them if it would be possible to give me a refund minus an inconvenience fee and appropriate fees for any work that may have already been done since I had been asking for ASAP turnaround. They very graciously issued me a full refund. So in the end, I cannot speak to the quality of the translations, but I can speak to the trustworthiness and quality customer service of the organization. I will not hesitate to return to Idiomatic for any future needs.
