Worst tattoo shop in Brisbane! MUST READ! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! There isn’t 25 of Brisbanes best artists, it’s a bunch of immigrants who are just a cash cow for an absent owner. The shop feels more like a money laundering operation than a legitimate tattoo studio. First artist screwed up a few small tattoos and then they charged me for another artist to fix it. Money is their priority, not client satisfaction. Don’t ever email for a quote because they will charge up to 20% more to cover the wage of the 12 year old snowflakes who run their social media/email. If you absolutely insist on going to this shop, be warned that your artist probably won’t speak English and will struggle to understand you. Your new tattoo will be an artist interpretation of what you want, not what you ask for. Elizabeth screwed up my last two tattoos and then to make it worse, unintentionally stabbed me in the chest twice with the tattoo gun running leaving two black lines I need to have lasered off! The owner and “managers” will not take responsibility for their artists dodgy work and make excuses or dismiss their clients dissatisfaction. You should look at the negative reviews for the same recurring issues. The owner will only get involved if you level too much criticism at her little angel’s sitting up front playing around on their phone while clients are waiting to get their attention. Extremely unprofessional! I now have a long and expensive journey to laser not only the unintended lines on my chest, I have a brand new tattoo that looks like a 3yo did it to laser and have reworked. Most artists strive to ensure their clients are absolutely thrilled with their new ink because word of mouth is so important. Unfortunately CB ink are more concerned about how much money they can squeeze from you before your tattoo is even finished! After 20+ years of getting tattoos across two states in multiple shops, I assure you that looking for a tattoo shop other than CB ink is the best decision you could make when getting ready for your first or next tattoo project. Tattoos are permanent and lasers can only correct so much. If you are reading this, please take my advice and go to a different studio! Look around, talk to some artists and find someone reputable. Waiting a few extra weeks is nothing compared to a lifetime. Bad tattoos aren’t easily fixed, they are easily avoided! DO NOT risk ending up in the same situation as me, out of pocket thousands of dollars and still have a long way to go before I can confidently show off my new ink the way it was intended.
