Ideal for helping children into a more positive, growth mindset
My son (8) had started to talk very negatively about himself and we were concerned about it so searched for ideas on how to help him. And I'm so glad we stumbled across this reframing resource! These cards are beautifully designed and simple to use, providing negative thought examples and then how to change your perspective on each one to a more positive, growth mindset. We looked at them together first, but very quickly he started accessing the cards himself when he wanted to reframe a thought. They come with some 'Notes for Adults' and 'Notes for Children' cards on how to best use them, and the creator thoughtfully ensured I got an email copy of her 'Best Practice' guide to using the cards as well. Definitely recommend!
