Traveluro is a scam!!! They're a scam. I called to cancel a reservation 10 days prior & was told I'd receive a refund & confirmation email. A few days later I called again & was told they had no record of the cancellation & now it was too late for a refund. Hotel said reservation was thru Agoda not Traveluro. Agoda said they couldn't do anything, I'd need to contact Traveluro. Agoda is a partner of the scam company so they can't be trusted either.
