Stay Away
Yep, like most complaints. Booked a flight. The airline changed the flight and delayed the flight over 5 hours (this is a month away flight) and eDreams never told me. Found out on my own. I bought a changeable ticket. They simply said, talk to the airlines. There is no customer service, no email to respond to. They are a middle-man, take your money, nothing more.
