Unprofessional and poorly managed
The experience I had was extremely disappointing. I tried to cancel my appointment but was given conflicting instructions. Despite following their process, I was treated rudely over the phone and given false information about why my slot was changed. When I arrived, it was clear there had been no emergency, and the manager not only failed to handle the situation professionally but also ignored my subsequent attempts to make a formal complaint. The receptionist and sonographer were polite, but the overall mismanagement and lack of accountability were shocking. I recommend checking regulatory reports for a more accurate picture of their services by reviewing the last Care Quality Commission inspection report.
