Avoid this Company at all costs I advice everyone to avoid doing business with this store. I was a B2B costumer and i received a completly destroyed order from them, not because of transport handling but because they didnt used bubble wrap or filling material in the package. After getting in touch with support i had to wait more than 1 week for the first answer, after that i had to speak with 4 different people while they were making the return the hardest they could. After returning the package they had the audacity to say "the products did not show severe or critical damages from our perspective". I asked for a total refund to my bank account, they agreed until i got an email saying that i would be refunded to store credit, i rejected and they made a refund to my bank account, but they charged me shipping costs when they are the ones who made a mistake in all this process. When i wrote to them complaining about the shipping costs they deleted my B2B account with them. If they do this to B2B clients, imagine what they can do to final client. Avoid this company at all costs, never buy from them. A collectible store that dont know how to ship items and acts like this says a lot of the management team. I have photos, videos, everything....
