We called for a quote on replacing a broken spring on one garage door. The technician who came out proposed replacing the existing two doors with one big door. This hinged on whether there was a beam above the doors. We paid $400 for an engineer to come out & give his opinion. The company asked us to send a picture of the exterior of the garage. And that was it. We have not received any other communication from the company. Our garage door is still broken.
