Terrible service and poor workmanship
Avoid Apple Roofing at all costs. For the amount of money involved, the level of service I received was completely unacceptable.
Communication was terrible from start to finish. Promises made during the sales process were not kept, and getting clear answers or updates was nearly impossible.
The crew showed up unannounced with zero notice, didn’t knock, and began working without informing anyone. No attempt was made to communicate what was happening on my own property.
The workmanship and cleanup were just as bad. Nails were left scattered across my driveway and yard—posing a real risk to my vehicles, tires, and anyone walking through the area. On top of that, there was visible damage to my fascia that was never addressed.
For a company handling high-cost insurance jobs, this level of carelessness and lack of professionalism is unacceptable. This experience felt disorganized, rushed, and careless from beginning to end.
I strongly recommend looking elsewhere—this was not worth the cost, the hassle, or the risk.
