Very old and large masonry building leveled Academy House Leveling has performed two projects for our condominium. A 120-year -old school building was converted to condo twenty years ago. Three additions to the original building have experienced differential settling. Academy leveled the first addition in late 2023 and the second in early 2026. Payton arrived for our initial appointment on time and provided an estimate before leaving. They performed the work on schedule and at the cost quoted. The second project was handled in the same professional manner and in the middle of extreme cold and wet weather 2026 winter. Again, timely and at the quoted price. They are scheduled to perform a third project in late May 2026.
