UNACCEPTABLE BUSINESS PRACTICES, LOUSY & RUDE SERVICE TECHS I made the mistake of trusting Paulson's to fix my Anthem amplifier. I was told it will be 7-10 days for the repair. After 3 weeks I called to inquire about the status, and I was told they sent out to Gibson's TV repair shop in the ghetto. (That's like taking your Ferrari to the dealer for repair and they send it out to Billy Bob's collision shop). They had no business sending the unit to another company without my authorization. Another week lapsed and no update. When I called some rude jerk in the service department (not Doug) told me sarcastically if I don't like how long it's taking that I can go get it and take it somewhere else then hung up on me. After 2 month's I called again and was told that Gibson's can't fix my amp because "the manufacturer won't cooperate with them" and give them the technical manuals. I decided to call Anthem directly. They never heard of Gibson's and said Paulson's never should have sent it to a 3rd party repair center and how irresponsible and wreck less Paulson's was for doing so. He said they don't give out proprietary schematics to just anybody. Matt from Anthem walked me through what Paulson's should have done and I'm not wasting anymore time leaving this review. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM PAULSON"S EVER AGAIN.
