A not so very good experience
In as much as we would love to support our country in the Philippines, I would like to warn mostly OFW investors to think more than 100X in buying for the AVIDA projects. The after sales service is very poor and low quality. They are not very helpful and will leave you in the air. Not so responsive with just a very simple inquiry where their office location is. As we are plannint to have a short visit in the Philippines and we would like to see for the first time the property location and have property tour for the unit we bought from 2018. Lo and behold, no one has even care to answer our emails on this. Imagine that for just a simple inquiry they are not there to support you, what more for bigger concerns and issues.
