Fist time try
I had the chance to try this service for the first time. Despite a minor hiccup, the order was successfully delivered. It turns out the account shouldn't be set to private when placing the order; keeping it private caused delivery issues. I would have expected them to identify and resolve this quickly, but I had to reach out and fix it myself, so I deducted one point. Overall, a successful experience.
