I needed 3 sets of Rockdoor keys for my front door. I was sick of getting poor-quality keys cut at Timpson's that would constantly bend in my pocket, and then found out I could simply use the code on my original key to order genuine replacement keys online.
I was a bit dubious about whether this would actually work, especially as they never physically see or copy the original key, but I decided to give it a go.
I didn't pay extra for speedy delivery and just chose their standard Royal Mail delivery. For extra security, I had them sent to my parents' address. I ordered on Wednesday afternoon and the keys arrived in Friday's post – much quicker than I expected.
Most importantly, all 3 keys worked perfectly and they're genuine Rockdoor keys, rather than copies.
I was so impressed that, once I knew the first set worked, I ordered another 3 sets. Again, every key worked perfectly and the second order also arrived in less than 2 days!
Really impressed with the service from start to finish. I've now ordered 6 sets in total with no issues at all, so based on my experience I would 100% recommend them.
