Amazing first Pilates experience
The class was a fantastic introduction to Reformer Pilates! As a first-timer, I felt comfortable and well-guided throughout the session. The instructor was clear and attentive, ensuring everyone understood the movements. It was both fun and challenging, and I left feeling energized. I’m excited to book another session soon!
