we sigend the contract and he will help us apply for PR.
fianlly ,my PR was rejected, That's OK.
But, there are 600euros that i prepaid for my wife,but she did not apply for PR (if my PR passed, she maybe will apply for PR).
Before my PR rejected, i talked with Oto and signed the contract that reunds this 600 euros.
as the agreement, this 600 euros will be refunds on 12th Nov 2023.
But each time, i asked this euro 600, Mr. Oto always give many different exused..
Tell me,bank info is wrong, then asked can he do paypal or WesterUnion, then i give the Paypal /WesterUnion info, but he still did not do it.
About 2 month ago, i lost he, i send the emails, no reply!
call him . not answer.

All ways i do, but he did not answer to me becuase of this refunds with Euro 600.
