pick the right contractor I'm a semi-retired contractor and like to get referrals from friends. Julio and his family business were highly recommended. I solicited A/C bids from 5 companies and chose D'Monte because of the owner involvement. Julio is the licensed Certified Contractor that passed the State A/C and Business exam, which isn't easy to do. We substituted equipment for energy and noise level reasons.
