very unprofessionell company
I booked a ticket with Impala Shuttle and had to cancel 4 weeks in advance. Their own policy clearly says cancellations up to 72 hours before should be fine, but instead of handling it professionally, they replied in a very rude manner and refused to give me a refund.
This is not the way a reliable travel company should treat its customers. Travelers deserve respect and clear communication, especially when policies are written in black and white. I want to warn others: don’t expect fair treatment or basic courtesy if you have to change your plans with this company.
