Nice bracelets, poor app functionality The bracelets themselves are lovely and well-designed, but the app has been a disappointing experience. I've had issues with losing penguins I'm meant to track due to service errors, which is frustrating. While I was assigned a new penguin, I didn't receive a new card for tracking it, which adds to the inconvenience. The concept is great, but the app needs serious improvements for a smoother and more reliable user experience.
