Terrible Experience – Never Received My Order I have been waiting for my order for more than two months, and I still have not received anything. The payment was taken immediately, but the order status has been stuck on “in process” the entire time. I emailed customer support several times, but no one ever responded. This is absolutely unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. I do not recommend ordering from this company. If I could, I would give –100 stars. Truly a horrible experience.
