Good product, poor service experience The delivery of my pre-fab building was smooth, and the product itself appears durable, but my experience with the warranty process was disappointing. When the back door frame arrived cracked, I sent photos and initially felt confident it would be resolved. Unfortunately, the warranty process was unnecessarily complicated; I was given conflicting information about deadlines, and my claim was ultimately denied. To make it worse, I was offered a repair quote instead of proper resolution. While the construction is solid, the frustrating customer service and warranty issues are worth noting before ordering.
