Super Stars This was my first time to visit this business and I'm so glad that I did. From the minute that I walked in, I was greeted by Connor. He immediately listened to my need for paneling on our cattle alleyway. He made suggestions, showed me various samples as well he gave me examples that other customers were happy with. We wrote up the order on Tuesday and it was ready for pickup on Friday! I cannot compliment Austin enough for understanding my need for assistance in loading and protecting the metal sheets. He loaded it then when he saw the way that I was struggling with the ratchet straps, he didn't hesitate to jump in completing the task with additional boards to protect my purchase. Being an older Veteran and retired businessman, I know what real customer service is. However, I rarely see it these days. I saw it, experienced it, and I'm grateful I chose this outstanding establishment with super stars such as Connor and Austin. I will be back ! Many Thanks, Ken
