Useful update but needs more flexibility
The automated AML trigger is helpful and saves us a manual step each time. However, I would like more control over when it runs. For some clients, we prefer to do checks before sending the engagement letter, not after it is signed, but the automation does not allow for that right now. The trustid integration usually works well, but we had a few clients where the link did not work as expected. This is a promising update, but it could use a bit more refinement.
