My booking issue became a loop of 50 agents repeating the same intake. “It’s fixed” messages, then nothing. No‑reply emails on unrelated items, chats that end mid‑conversation, 27 hours for a response, and expensive hold times by phone. They promised same‑day resolution, then denied it in writing the next day. Extra fees and refund delays too. This felt like an operation designed to avoid responsibility. Use another provider.
