I had an extremely disappointing experience with Dr. Andrew Khoo and his clinic. I went in to have my breast implants replaced, but he ended up using implants that were larger than what I specifically requested. Shockingly, I later found out from a nurse that they didn’t even have the size I wanted in stock! The results have been devastating — my right breast sits higher than the left and moves unnaturally with muscle contraction. Despite raising my concerns during a video consultation 16 days post-surgery, there was no follow-up or effort to address the issue after that. This clinic lacks professionalism and compassion. They seem more focused on making money than providing proper care for their patients. I deeply regret trusting them with such an important procedure.
