Brilliant trainer I needed support to get the best out of my training at the gym to manage arthritis and osteoporosis. Stuart with his understanding of both my conditions and exercise was able to train me to use the equipment correctly to manage these conditions. As he is often in the gym he will give words of encouragement and correction in passing, which is a bonus!
