WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER The prices are decent but the customer service is horrendous! My first few orders shipped on time with relatively no issues aside from seeds in one batch, which they refunded quickly. My order was put in 4 days ago and I get no update on my package still today! (which is the day Canada Post estimated it to arrive. They refuse to change the address so I can pick it up at the post office, they refuse to send via another carrier so I can get it before the holidays and the kicker is the customer service has been selectively answering my questions and ignoring the rest. I made a request for a credit for the reason that when I ordered I should have had it this week and yet might not receive it for another week and a half if I do not take the day off and wait for the delivery yet none of my emails have been answered. the site live chat is useless and does not work the way they say it does.
