Wont action call backs as promised
Wont respond to support tickets
Systems down for weeks !!
Wont answer calls as get message saying out of support hours but that is not the case.

I'm sick of the constant, problems, drop outs, app and web portal issues and complete lack of customer support
I am actioning a product refund from you as this product is not fit for purpose
I am going to lodge a complaint with:
Queensland OFT (Office of Fair Trading) and ACCC.
But you know that already as I lodged a complaint with your staff days ago who said he would escalate it but as per Redback Technologies usual behaviour I have received no correspondence
