Capital City Plumbing don't Deliver
Stay clear.
They over promise and under deliver and you will not get hold of them once they disappoint. Only have a cellphone number which they will not answer. So relieved we didn't do business.

We had an inspection scheduled with you this afternoon at 4pm. Due to an unexpected emergency, things fell through the cracks. Our office closes at 4pm, and our admin lady was already on her way home, so we missed your calls. We should have provided you with my personal number for direct contact — that was our mistake.
