Capital City Plumbing don't Deliver
Stay clear.
They over promise and under deliver and you will not get hold of them once they disappoint. Only have a cellphone number which they will not answer. So relieved we didn't do business.

We had an inspection scheduled with you this afternoon at 4pm. Due to an unexpected emergency, things fell through the cracks.
