Only want to sell new, not repair. Don't provide what they verbally offer. Do not provide quality work. Leave trash at customers residence. Do not respond to repair requests after numerous calls. Add charges supposedly covered under initial rate onto invoices. Show up without appointments and do not keep scheduled appointments. Ask for tips.
