Mediocre at best!
Waste of money! There are MUCH better Italian language courses available. The site doesn’t work well, it’s always changing and not for the better! The lessons have become annoying, although I think they were intended to be kinda cute. They’re not! Quite distracting! The support is not good and if you have any issues Stefano is a nightmare to work with. He’s rude, angry and unprofessional! Look elsewhere for much better options!

Denni, this is the 4th bad review from you, which makes the majority of all the bad reviews I've ever gotten. It all started 9 months ago with quizlets embedded on my free blog posts supposedly not working. I was never able to replicate the issue. You asked for a refund 4 months after you started your plan, I didn't grant it because I have a 30-day refund policy, you filed a case with your credit card company and lost it. Since then, you started complaining about everything. If my courses are so bad, why don't you stop using them and go somewhere else?
