THE WORST EXPERIENCE! You want we to talk style, quality and value? Ok so style is terrible but once you know where it’s made you know why. They let you believe they’re an American company. That’s just a lie, they’re Chinese. The pieces are not painted evenly, the size of the drawers is not right and as these are the ones you see under the glass, it’s obvious. Quality is terrible, the screws don’t fit, the drawers are hard to open and close, parts of a drawer has a defect so it’s not possible to assemble it and one crucial part is missing to finish built the dresser. I had to wait for 6 weeks to received the new part to replace the one that had a defect and the one I received was white instead of champagne and not the right size. I never received the missing part. Well then what can I say about value? Seriously? It’s very expensive for very bad quality, service and timeliness. I was debited in SEPTEMBER 2024, I received the dresser in FEBRUARY 2025, received the wrong part of the drawer in APRIL 2025 and never received the missing one! Now it’s May 2025 and the dresser is just sitting in my bedroom like a puzzle! I can’t do anything with it! What they offered was first 10% off, then 20% off, then 70% off, then they wanted to send me a new one in 18 weeks! I said no and eventually obtained 100% refund because I told them I absolutely couldn’t trust that a new dresser would be delivered in good shape and with all the parts. This company is not to be trusted at all. They go back and forth trying to find excuses to avoid being responsible for their incompetence .THEY DON’T DELIVER AT ALL!
