Looking for a change I recently had a bad injury that kept me from working out for over a year. I lost strength on my right arm due to surgery and also gained weight from not being very mobile. I was looking for a change in workout routine and also for strength building. Jezzica was very forthcoming and encouraging therefore I joined Nomad with a goal to build my arm strength. The classes are very well laid out and they have incredible instructors. Not only did they exceed my expectations but I feel great after every class and will continue with them.
