I’m sharing this so others in the community can make an informed decision.
I completed work for Top Notch Cleaners valued at £1,000. The job was finished fully and as agreed. After the work was completed, payment was never made.
I’ve tried to resolve this professionally by calling and messaging multiple times, but they have stopped responding entirely. There were no complaints raised about the work at the time.
Failing to pay for completed work is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about reliability and professionalism. If you’re considering working with this company—as a contractor or in any other capacity—please make sure you protect yourself, get everything in writing, and don’t rely on payment promises after the job is done.
