These people take care of you like family!
This past weekend I had an unfortunate incident involving road debris and was concerned about my car, as I am soon heading out of state on vacation. I showed up first thing Monday- before they even opened- and was brought right in. Rich, Ray and the rest of the crew took great care of me- checked out my car, made a repair and made me feel secure in my travel plans- all at a very reasonable price. AND THEN the very next day I picked up a massive nail in my rear tire! Back I went- and was quickly taken care of- with only minimal teasing about my driving- ha! What more could you of want? I've been very satisfied with my routine car care all along and am so appreciative of how Next Gen Car Care truly goes above an beyond with customer service and thorough diagnostic and repair skills. 10/10!!
