Worst experience ever
I had a very disappointing experience at this nail salon today. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere felt rushed and unwelcoming. Although I was kept waiting for 15 minutes past my appointment time, I was then told they “didn’t have enough time” to do the service I had originally requested, which was extremely frustrating.
To make matters worse, I was unexpectedly charged extra for the service without proper explanation. To pot it all off the quality of the products they use is not reflecting of the price you pay at the end, very disappointing experience. I also found the owner to be quite rude and arrogant throughout the visit, which made the overall experience even more upsetting.
I left the salon feeling genuinely upset and in tears. Customer service and professionalism were completely lacking, and unfortunately I would not recommend this place to others.
