I have always dipped in and out of going to the gym never able to find that steady motivation and enjoyment from it until I joined Louise in the women’s warrior workouts and having enjoyed it so much I have also signed up to PT sessions with James, they are both inspirational and motivational and I enjoy every session with them and can’t recommend them enough. They have made me find enjoyment from exercising and I look forward to every session and always walk away having had a good workout.
