No one home ! Are the lights even on?? These tours look great online, however, they don't answer a phone or emails. They are shooting themselves in the foot business wise. I'm not going to organise tours with them when I can not get in touch with them. There is one phone number that answered, that's run by a bot. Good luck with that. When I said to the bot, emails were going unanswered, it established when I sent it and then I got a one liner email back the next day from "Ludwig", who either writes poorly or is another computer generated response. The Miami number went to message that said, there's no voicemail set up, then hung up. Does anyone even work there? They look good but AI can create all that easily now. If they don't show up, they've got my money and I haven't got anything to fall back on, to call them on.
