Multiple issues
Hi Lodewijk/Koen,
I’m totally disappointed with the unit, as discussed please share full test results as it already six months since the installation, it encountered multiple issues.
1. Day one there’s a fault with unit attached to outdoor unit
2. The circuit board was faulty
3. The system went offline due to software error
4. The pump doesn’t work and amount hot water flow isn’t good.
I’m not convinced that the heat pump is working as expected, as I heard today you are still working on the errors for last 2 weeks.
Please include the WeHeat contact to the mail.
I request a full test results that everything is working as expected.
