Poor service from reception staff
The experience was disappointing due to the receptionist’s lack of professionalism. While she initially appeared friendly, her attitude shifted when I asked about pricing details. She became dismissive and failed to honor her commitment to send an email or assist with prepayment for a consultation. This behavior falls short of the standards expected from a medical practice and undermines customer trust. Greater attention to staff training and service improvements is needed.
