Progressive Diminished Value Progressive was issuing the normal run of the mill blanket denials for my diminished value claim. After weeks of denials and filing a department of insurance complaint, Steve came through with his appraisal for almost double what I was asking for! The very next day in less than 24 hours Progressive made an offer for more than half of what I was asking for. With Steve's guidance I was able to negotiate a fair settlement within a few days and did not even have to file suit in small claims! I appreciated I did not have to pay a penny for the appraisal until funds arrived in my account.
