Unreliable and poor communication They canceled my order despite charging me, which was very frustrating as I had ordered from them over 20 times before without any issues. As a loyal customer, I expected better. To make matters worse, there was no clear communication about the cancellation, and they did not respond to my messages when I tried to reach out. This experience has really made me doubt their reliability.
