Dont buy from Stubhub
I bought tickets for my daughter and I for an upcoming concert. I received a confirmation email saying everything was good to go and I would be receiving the tickets soon. The show is now 4 days away still haven’t received the tickets, but I did receive an email saying there was an issue with my tickets and that my order has been canceled and I my order would be refunded. This is all great but the event is days away the tickets have gone up tremendously and are almost all sold out. I called customer service waited an hour and was hung up on by representative. Called back asked to speak to a manager was hung up on again. Called back from my wife’s phone and was told they couldn’t help me and they were sorry. I asked to speak to a manager again and was hung up on again. Will never do business with this company again. Buyer beware
