It's a shame that they steal, and don't back up their clients! I have been using this site for 3+ years and have spent in excess of $24K with bulkbuddy. I have been very happy in the past but started to suspect that I was not getting my full order. On my last order I made sure to have a scale and weighed what was sent directly out of the box to find they had only sent me half of my order (QP instead of a HP). I have spent 1.5 weeks trying to make contact and every time, I have been ghosted and my chat has been shut down. Emails go unacknowledged. I am fully disabled and very budgeted and count on this for pain management and they do not even care enough to answer me, even to say "too bad, so sad!" I DO NOT recommend purchasing from bulkbuddy as they steal from you and have no customer service what-so-ever. Complete buyer beware!
